It has been some time since I laughed so hard I had tears rolling down my face, but that is what happened when we played Old Dogs. It is stuffed full of hilarity and slap stick comedy that is very good.
Robin Williams (Night At The Museum, License To Wed) playing Dan and John Travolta (Swordfish, Wild Hogs) as Charlie are both at the top of their comedy game as too older bachelors trying to run a sports marketing business. Their lives get tossed around when Dan finds out he has two children and will need to take care of them.
In their quest is their faithful employee Seth Green (Sex Drive, Without A Paddle) as Ralph White. Green place this part better then almost anything I have seen him in.
Other supporting actors include Travolta's real life spouse Kelly Preston (Death Sentence, Sky High) as Vicki, Dan's love interest; Lori Loughlin (Summerland (TV), In Case Of Emergency (TV) as Amanda, Charlie's love interest; Ella Bleu Travolta (in her first movie) as Emily, one of Dan's twin children; Conner Rayburn (The Invention Of Lying, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story) as Zach, Dan's other twin; and Bernie Mac (Ocean's Thirteen, Transformer) as Jimmy Luchbox. Please note this is Berry Mac's last performance prior to his untimely death.
This movie is loads of fun as it plays on several themes with the good and bad of those themes. I woudl recommend this to anyone who loves to laugh!
I give it four out of Five Stars!!
